Our Practice

Fresh Vitality is a physician-owned and operated Anti-Aging and Preventive Medicine Center in Pinellas County, Florida. We specialize in providing care for adults who are looking for a better quality of life. Fresh Vitality understands the need for consistent care. We treat each patient like family. Our compassionate, professional staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible. Because we are physician- owned, we are patient driven. This means that we can focus more on providing excellent care, and less on the bottom line. We are not tied to any large medical corporation. We provide effective care that is responsive to the needs of our patients both in our surrounding communities (St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, and Tampa Bay Area) and our patients who travel from around the nation just to see Dr. Ariss at Fresh Vitality. Being physician-owned means that our doctors are able to focus on you!

Although we do offer same-day appointments when available, we encourage making appointments as far in advance as possible. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding our services and scheduling appointments.

Fresh Vitality is a private pay facility. We accept most major credit cards and CareCredit, and will offer a Super Bill for patients needing to seek insurance reimbursements in the near future. We are able to keep our overhead low, and offer the highest quality care with competitive rates by doing so.

We are an Electronic Health Records based facility, which allows us to maintain comprehensive and accurate health records. We are able to meet the highest standards for patient privacy guidelines with our EHR system.

We guarantee all medical records are kept completely confidential!
